When you choose Ricable, you’re investing in high-quality products that we stand behind wholeheartedly and we’re committed to doing our best to ensure that you’re thrilled with your purchase.
But sometimes shopping online can feel like a leap of faith, so we offer a simple returns option to remove the risk and help you buy with confidence.
After receiving your order, we invite you to take your time to try out your new cables.
If you find that that one or more of the products doesn’t meet your expectations, we will happily accept requests for product returns, inline with the following guidelines.
Please Note: You must fill out the Return Request Form and wait for our Return Authority email before sending any product back to us.
Unopened Products
You may request to return any unopened product in undamaged packaging for a full refund within 14 days from the date on your original purchase invoice.
Opened Products with Undamaged Packaging
If the product has been opened and used but you still have its original, undamaged packaging (with all originally included accessories), you may request a return for a full refund within 14 days of the original invoice date.
Opened Products with Damaged or Missing Packaging
We understand that in the excitement of receiving a new purchase the packaging could get damaged or perhaps be discarded.
If your product has been opened and the packaging is damaged or missing, we will offer to buy back the product. A buy-back needs to be requested within 14 days of the original purchase invoice date.
Terms & Conditions
- Return Requests:
- All return and buy-back requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase invoice date
- Return Freight Costs:
- The cost of returning products is the responsibility of the purchaser
- Return Product Packaging:
- Returned products must be packaged appropriately to avoid damage during transit
- Return Processing:
- Returns for full refund and product buy-back offers will be processed within 7-14 days from the receipt of the returned product
- Return Payments:
- Return payments will be credited to the credit card or payment facility as used when making the original purchase
- We reserve the right to not approve a full refund or buy-back due to the condition of the returned goods being misrepresented, or if the products have been damaged in transit due to inadequate return packaging.
